This is how the Concept of "Grab and Go Bag" works:

Every member of a family will have one bag each.

The items of "Grab and Go Bag" of a Mom,/ Lady or Man or kid will be different according to their needs.

This page will contain a separate list for each eventually.

For a Woman :

• One set of dress.

• Inner wears

• 3 sanitary napkins

• 1 Battery-operated Led Torch

• 1 extra set of batteries

• Candles 

• Lighter

• 1 whistle  (in case you need to attract attention)

• 1 or 2 large garbage/ trash bag

• Knife/ Swiss knife

• 2 litres of sealed water

• Rope

• 1 pair of  shoes

• (Solar lantern + mobile charger)  -- just something i saw online. 

• Hand sanitiser

• Cash in change in a waterproof sealed bag

• Lightweight Warm blanket

            Food :

• Sealed chips 

• Sealed milk chocolates

• Nuts, dried fruits in an airtight container. 

• Biscuits in sealed packets

• Tang

• Candies ( the last and final option )

Documents:

• A photo of the whole family. 

• Photocopies of IDs

• Copy of passports, drivers license

• List of contact details + phone numbers

• Account +Bank Details

    

              First aid kit:

• Cotton Gauze roll "10-15cm" breadth

• Cotton

• Tape to stick gauze

• bandaids 

• scissors 

• betadine solution(antiseptic )

• gloves(disposable)

• diclofenac sodium /ibuprofen tablets(painkiller)

• paracetamol tab(antipyretic )

• loperamide tablet (diarrhoea )

• avomin  (motion sickness)

• Forceps to handle gauze
